I was skeptical that a machine for under $200 could do the same work that others charge $2,000 + for. But I tried it since there was a 30 day money back guaruntee. This machine actually works better than all the others!!! I run a website, and we distribute about 500 hundred DVD’s per month (www.biz-vids.com) I saved thousands of dollars by not having to replace DVD’s that I thought were simply unrepairable. Fred and Marilyn provide customer service that is no less than extraordinary!!! thank you both so much, you have earned a life long customer. anyone reading this feel free to call me at work for a testimonial. Like Fred told me “what do you have to loose”? He stands behind his product, cause he knows its simply the best product on the market, for a fraction of the cost!!!

One of the early highlights of 2009 for me was when I discovered the JFJ Disc Repair Machine on the internet. The 30 day money back guaranteed offered by the distributor gave me the confidence to try the product. The machine arrived in less than a week. The packaging was immaculate and professional. I am not a blogger, but I have to express my thanks for offering such a great product. It has performed brilliantly and has surpassed my expectations. What a great relief it is to actually purchase a product that actually delivers what it promises. Keep up the great work!
I bought the JFJ Easy Pro because my kids had over 400 dollars (9-10 disks) worth of ‘ruined’ video game CD’s and there was no place close by to get them repaired. After receiving the machine, we proceeded to fix every single game that didn’t work and many of our skipping music CD’s. They told their friends at school about our results and pretty soon they started bringing home CD’s from their friends. I agreed to let them run the machine and collect $2.00 per disk charge. I let them keep a buck and I put the rest towards supplies. Also, friends and coworkers are constantly bringing me disks that they swear are “ruined forever”. Everyone is pleased and impressed with the results I obtain. I love how simple and convenient it is to use. It’s easy enough for even my 12-year old to run. It has more than paid for itself just by repairing my kids cd’s. Then it’s paid for itself AGAIN from all the cash it has generated. Thank you JFJ for a well built, well functioning machine.
i want to order mine today but i dont know what power voltage to use i live in america is it 110 volt or 220 volt ?
iv finaly goy my jfj pro and i tested it for my self this machine is the fregin best thing since sliced bread.
that you guys sooo much and im spedding the word THANKYOU!!!!
Great machine. Just got it and fixed about 10 disks…Games, DVDs, and CDs. All worked great. The games took a bit more time to fix because of concentric groves that were deeper than I had thought. The learning curve wasn’t that long with the great instructions and the results are fantastic. My only trouble now is knowing exactly how much solution to put on. Sometimes when I get a little low/dry, I’ll see a bit of a haze on the outer edge; so I just go back to the white solution and add just a bit more on the inside area of the pad, which would be the outside area of the disk, and it looks as good as new.
Anyway, I just had to post here after using it to express my thanks for a nicely built machine and well outlined process.
Thanks.
Well, the machine seemed pretty good. However the latch broke and now I have to stack weight on top of it to keep the top down. The sand paper pad has NEVER worked properly. It basically just binds up and tears the paper. For discs that don’t require sanding it works very well. The only complaint I have is the excessive cost of the buffing pads. I understand the business needs to make some money on the backend but $10 for a pad is excessive. If you couple that with almost $9 for shipping for just five pads and CA sales tax it really gets to the point where I’m going to explore other options. The value just doesn’t seem to be there in the long run.
There’s now an UNOFFICIAL JFJ Easy Pro Facebook club, for sharing techniques, tips and/or suggestions for getting the most out of their JFJ Easy Pro machine.

I purchased the JFJ Pro because I had several discs that were getting a bit scarred up and not always working. I figured at $149 and a 30 day money back guarantee it was a reasonable purchase.
I received the machine and set it up. I tried it out using a old, promotional CD I had been using as cup coaster as a practice piece. It was VERY scratched and scuffed up to the point of being hazed over. I followed the enclosed instruction sheet to the letter. Started with the soft sanding paper, then the white polishing compound, and then the blue for the suggested times. The disc came out nearly 100% perfect. There were still a few, deeper scratches still remaining. Another cycle through would probably eliminate them too. But for a first, practice try the result was amazing.
Having a point of reference I then tried a DVD I had with some fine scratches that made the disc act up in the player. I put the DVD in the JFJ Pro and did a 2 minute run with the white polish and a 1 minute run with the blue, per instructions. The DVD came out perfectly - 100% repaired - and played without any problems.
The only thing that the instructions could explain better is how much of the polishing compound to apply. What I found is that a little bit goes a long way and using smaller amounts yields better results with less throw off.
This is one heck of a bargain and works exactly as they claim it does. If you follow the enclosed instructions it’s pretty hard to fail with the JFJ Pro.
