I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for the excellent customer service. You took the high road for sure and took care of me. I sincerely appreciate it and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

I received my machine back yesterday and spent hours cleaning CDs last night. The new frame is pretty cool. The only thing I really miss is the handle. It made it convenient to lower and raise the lid, though I can see why you might have considered leaving  it off now that there are 2 latches.. I learned the hard way you have to be careful when closing the latches or you get a nice bruise on your finger when the lid pinches your finger against the metal frame and the latch locks into the hole.. OUCH! J Other than the handle I think it is pretty awesome. The lid cannot move at all, assuring that the arms are properly positioned. The machine even appears to be quieter to me (or maybe I have listened to many CD’s)

Also thanks for the tip on using too much compound. I reduce the amount quite a bit and all is well. I did have one set of CDs show up with the crazy scratches like the CDs I sent to you this time. I must just be overlooking the scratches that already there and when I clean the disc the defects become obvious. Though this time I cleaned a 2 CD Beatles set and  both disc have heavy silk screening on the top, so I am not sure how the disc could be scratched from the top.  I am going to by a high powered magnifying glass and start using that, it could just be that I am going blind J I cleaned a couple of dozen disc last night and only saw issues with those 2 disc, so I believe all is well and I just overlooked the scratches and they became obvious after cleaning.
